Craig is the visionary behind Star Republic Brewery, bringing his expertise and creativity to every brew.
Ernest orchestrates the smooth operation of our brewery, coordinating every aspect of operations to maintain excellence.
With nearly a decade of brewing experience at 4 different breweries spanning the Austin-San Antonio corridor, Jessie has seen and done it all. As most brewers, he started washing kegs and working on the packaging line at his local brewery and slowly worked his way up to brewer status, with his most recent brewing position being at the world-renown Weathered Souls brewery in San Antonio. Now he has a program of his own and is excited to show consumers what his team brings to the table.
